[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very fancy pan! The handles feel very sturdy and durable. They are a part of the pot and not just screwed on. Lightweight and that's a plus! This pan is very attractive in a nice blue color. So far, nothing has stuck to it. Awesome, awesome Dutch oven!!

Don’t waste your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed as soon as I received this product. It was very thin and light but I have it a try. I baked sourdough bread in this Dutch oven. It stunk, like chemicals even though I washed it.
It stunk up the whole house and the bread. It also didn’t cook evenly.
I threw it in the trash as soon as it cooled.

Big Batch Is A Big Deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love about this Blue Diamond Big Batch Dutch Oven is that it is perfect for any meal you are cooking. From sauces to stews, fried Chicken to roasting! This pot does it all! It is non-stick, lightweight, and dishwasher safe. The dome lid is round so you have more room than traditional cooking pots to hold enough for a feast. This will hold a whole Chicken, hold a big roast, or make a huge pot of Chili. You can even bake Bread in this!! This is durable and can be wiped clean. The meats cook evenly and perfect, every time. It just doesn't get any better than this when it comes to having the perfect dutch oven! I highly recommend Blue Diamond - Big Batch!

Cooks well, easy cleanup but handles get hot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a rule in our house - the person who doesn't cook has to clean the dishes. I hate to cook and my husband hates to wash dishes, so I seldom have to cook! And the dishwasher does most of the dishes, so win-win. Except when it comes to cleaning pots and pans. Whenever my husband uses one of our stainless pots to cook, food is stuck to it afterwards like super glue and the dishwasher does not get it clean, requiring soaking and a lot of hand scrubbing. So was I thrilled to try out Blue Diamond's Big Batch dutch oven, and it does not disappoint. The day it arrived my husband prepared a double batch of chili and when the pan was empty there was nothing stuck to it. A quick rinse in hot soapy water with a light wipe around the inside of the pan and I was done. So I love this pan! Now from the cook's perspective: The pan delivers on it's light weight promise and it does seem to heat and cook food faster on our electric stove, saving time and energy. The glass lid makes it easy to check on progress of the dish while things are simmering and it holds the moisture in. It's easy to tip just a little while cooking if you want to let some steam out. The only downside is the handles on the sides do get hot - essentially as hot as the pan itself. So if you need to hold onto a handle while stirring, you will need an oven mitt or potholder. Other than hot handles, it's a great pan for cooking. The size is also versatile for large stove top meals or baking in the oven. Just be aware the glass lid should not be used in the oven for temperatures over 350. With the lid, the pan can go from stove to refrigerator which is really handy for leftovers. It is also dishwasher safe, though with non-stick cookware we always prefer to wash them by hand. If you hate scrubbing pans like I do, you will love Blue Diamond's Big Batch.

Such a beautiful pot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a beautiful pot. I love the logo on it. I love the clear glass top with a nice handle on it. This is perfect for fall weather coming. I already used the tomatoes in the garden to make a nice sauce. It came out perfect. The non stick really helped. Recommend forsure.

I think the most important thing for me, is unlike some very expensive dutch ovens, it doesn't weigh a ton. It's easy to maneuver, and the food comes out just as good or even better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pan and I absolutely love it. It is so lightweight even with food in it. The color blue inside the pan is beautiful and sparkly. This pan cooks awesome and nothing sticks to it. The only thing is the handles get hot. Awesome pan I would love the whole set.
