Versatile Cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Blue Diamond product and I am in love. The Blue Diamond Big Batch 5qt Casserole works great on top of the stove as in the stove. It has been really easy to clean with the non stick coating it has and unbelievable lightweight. I like that I can easily see food while it is cooking with the clear lid. I have cooked Soups, Stews, Chili, and baked a chicken in it so far without any problems. The only drawback which back to this pan is that the handles can get a little warm while cooking. I definitely will be adding more Blue Diamond products to my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this big batch pot from Blue Diamond. It is a very good high quality pot. I love cooking my rice in it as it always leave it nice and fluffy. The pot is non stick and very easy to wash or wipe down. I also love the all glass lid it come with so that I can see my foods cooking. The size is prefect for my family and all my needs. This pot has given me more than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, this pan is beautiful! The blue is just stunning and is aesthetically pleasing in the kitchen. I’ve found it easy to cook in and has held up well. I do hand wash it to preserve its life.
