The pan has been a great purchase. I decide to opt out of owning a micro wave, and the pan does a great job of re-heating food and is easy to clean up. It is also very attractive, and augments my counter space nicely when not in use

I have had this pan close to a month, and I have used it ever since. Food does not stick to it making clean-up a breeze. I have several pieces of Green Pan now from bakeware to electrics,.and I am sold on every piece I own.

Love this pan...nothing sticks and everything heats up so quickly. I just love Green Pan. The quality is amazing. They may be a little pricey but they are worth it, and they do run good sales frequently as well.

As far as heat dispersement, this thing works fine. I’m disappointed by how easily it scratches. The outside is nicked already in a dozen spots just after sitting in our sink. The edges dent and wear immediately just from tapping a (non metal) utensil on them while cooking. I’ll have to replace already and I just purchased. Would not recommend :/
