Perfect pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pan! We do a lot of cooking since the pandemic hit, and our old pans have started to show their ware. This pan has because our new favorite pan for cooking! The food doesn’t stick to it near as much as our old pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with my Chatham frypan. You need little to no oil to fry in it. Scrambled eggs slid right out of the pan with minimal butter. I do wish it was dishwasher safe but it cleaned with little effort.

I have cooked many items without anything sticking. most pans I use have the problem of items sticking even when using oils. I love cooking with the green pan by Chatham and love that items like hamburger and other meats don't stick. I cooked an egg the other day and it was perfect. I love this pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved to an apartment from a house that I lived in for over 20 years and got rid of all my worn pots and pans and down to just 2-3! Since they are easily cleaned I just quickly clean them up and put them up after using. Nothing really sticks so it is easy and the food is cooked evenly

Nice skillet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original Green Pan 10" skillet is a nice ceramic nonstick pan to cook with, it heats up quickly and evenly cooks my food. It says not to use cooking spray as it can damage the coating so oil and butter are best. It was so easy to clean, I just wiped it down with a wet cloth.

NON-STICK ALL THE WAY!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fairly reluctant when I ordered the Green Pan by Chatham, but so, so glad that I did. The first time I used it, I seared beef tips to put in the crock-pot for a meal the next night. I only used (maybe) two tablespoons of vegetable oil when searing my beef tips and not one bit stuck to this pan. (See picture.) I simply wiped out the pan with a paper towel after it cooled, then made soft fries shortly thereafter. So far, I've used this pan probably 6 - 8 times and I have not yet had anything stick to it.
The pan is not heavy, but not lightweight, either. It appears to be a very durable pan. I really like the handle on the pan, as well.
I did read all directions before initially using this pan. The instructions indicate to NOT use a cooking spray in the pan as it could potentially damage the finish. Also, the instructions suggest not to cook on high heat. (I found medium to just a tad above medium works best for what I have cooked thus far.) Both of these instructions, I followed.
On the outer packaging, the manufacturer indicates the pan is "dishwasher safe"; however, after you remove the out packaging, the sticker on the inside says to keep clean by washing in warm, soapy water. To be safe, I have only washed mine with warm soapy water.
I have been totally pleased with this pan and would definitely recommend it to others considering it for purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do mostly all of the cooking in my house and needed a good omelet pan. This one is perfect. Size, non-stick and flips omelets easily. I have cooked a steak in this and vegetables and hasn't disappointed yet. Secret is to not overheat oil or butter in it and allow it to cool completely before washing. Love it.
