I have been using this pan for a few weeks and it is already sticking all my food, also I have taken care of them as they recommend and it's been pretty bad! I use the small one to do my eggs in the morning, and half of my eggs stick on the pan!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a good size, the finish is preferred because it does not emit harmful chemicals. The small base allows me to cook on a smaller jet to control the food items that need more heat. It is so versatile - besides being a wok, you can put the entire pan in the oven. I hand wash all my Green Pan products to preserve them.

Good pan but "helper" handle is a safety issue

I have had this pan for over a year, and it's great. However, the so-called "helper handle" is no help at all. It gets very, very hot (more so than the long, regular handles) and stays that way long after you're done cooking and the rest of the pan has cooled down. I've burned myself several times on it. Be careful.

I bought this set a year ago and we've been very pleased. Great heat conduction, great non-stick properties, easy clean-up if you wash them by hand. (They don't come out so clean in the dishwasher.)
***I wish there were more "open stock" options for the Chatham Black, collection, as we seem to never have enough small saucepans.
