Fried eggs and pan cakes stick

We loved this griddle during the first couple of times we used it, but since then had problems with it. Pancake batter sticks to it and after trying different temperatures and batters, we gave up. Sunny side up eggs also don’t seem to work. Our family has given up, we won’t use this griddle anymore.
The griddle cleans easily with Palmolive dishwashing detergent and a soft sponge (soft side). We treated it gently and according to the instructions, as far as I know. Not sure if the surface wears off by gently washing it with Palmolive? Disappointing product.

Pan cakes and crepes stick

I bought this pan a month ago and its been disappointing that its not worked the way we expected. 7/10 times the pan cakes or crepes have stuck real bad and had to scrape it off. I bought this pan thinking that it would be easier to clean compared to cast iron but I ended up spending more time cleaning this pan more than any other pans. I used salt to clean some of the hard stains but its tiresome to scrape them off. Needless to say, for the price we paid this pan has been disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
