Nice pans until…

These pans were nice until the outside coating started coming off. Now every time we clean and dry them, the coating stains all of our towels. It has even stained some of our clothes

Received my pan and took a picture of my omelet (well done) that I cooked. It slid right out of the pan. Waited to review, as time tells. So three months later snapped another pic of eggs cooked and still slid right out. I use daily, but did read the instructions for care. I do not cook on the highest heat and I did buy some felt pads to place between them for storage. My go to pans especially for eggs. Clean up is a breeze too.
I've used this pan about a half a dozen times. I only used wooden or silicone utensils. I just noticed tonight that there was a small knick it it. Guess I'm glad i didn't buy a set.
Great size roaster! I love the ceramic nonstick interior, as clean up was a breeze. The roasting rack is a nice quality and cleans up easily too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these pans a few weeks ago and I am loving them!! They have an amazing non scratch, non stick surface. We love over medium eggs and the smaller Green Pan lets me flip them over and over with a minuscule amount of added butter - healthier to eat. The handle is cool to the touch and the pans can be transferred from stove to oven, which makes your final product amazing!! The bottom the the Green Pan is the best feature - it’s a heavy duty, thicker material and builds and holds heat in a way that other nonstick pans just don’t. I’ve made perfectly seared pork chops and sautéed potatoes and veggies with ease. These pans have taken the place of all the other pans I have used. They are extremely easy to clean and durable. You can just tell when a pan is made of quality materials and this fits the bill. I used it to make caramel and it slid out so easily that I couldn’t believe it - wiped clean with a paper towel. I won’t use any other pan to make it. I can’t give enough praise to my new favorite Chatham Green Pans. Anything that makes cooking great food and cleanup easier is a win/win in my world!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well when I got my GreenPan Chatham open Wok I was leary of it's claims. It said most advanced non stick , you can use metal utensils, dishwasher safe, less oil. Well I've heard it before. So I have tried them all. Broiled steak and bake veggies in the oven and it was great. I used metal utensils, no scratches at all. I made a Quesadilla in it. Yes I know it's a Wok but it worked. I made fried rice, and all kinds of stir fry. It was a dream. It heated quickly and evenly and that is exactly what you want. You really could use less oil. It cleans easily and did well in the dishwasher. I will reach for this pan first and will enthusiastically recommend it to friends and family. I will buy it as a gifts. I will look for more GreenPan products.

Large, Very Useful Size Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying out the Green Pan Chatham Roaster Pan for the past few days. The pan comes with a sturdy roaster rack that can easily support an average sized turkey or large roast. The pan itself is big enough to allow me to roast an entire meal of meat, vegetables and small potatoes. The non-stick coating cleans quickly with just a short soaking time for stuck-on drippings. My only complaint is that the product care booklet that comes with this pan is really for Green Pan fry pans used on stovetops and doesn't give information for pans that are used in the oven. That would be more useful for this item.
