Basic frypans are core in the kitchen, so these get lots of use daily. I love that I am cooking on a healthy surface, and they clean up nicely. They are good for browning, omelets, eggs, just about anything.
Cooked foods started sticking to my older pans. Nothing I tried improved that problem. I purchased one GreenPan and the sticking disappeared. I now have 3 GreenPans and prize them all. These pans are really good!
This is a great skillet. I highly recommend it. I love the fact that I am cooking without chemicals. I am cooking pancakes right now as I type this. It is big enough that I can cook three at a time. I also use it to steam veggies, stir fry, and bake my biscuits. The cover is a huge bonus.
