The Green Pan is everything you want a non stick pan. Because it is ceramic you only need to use medium heat all the time just allow the pan to get completely hot & you won't be disappointed. Cleans up geat no sticking. Just use butter or oil no cooking sprays. It does not warp and that's a must when you have a flat top electric range. I'm 64 and bought many frying pans. Cast iron is just too heavy for me now.
I have used a dozen different brands of"non-stick" pans in my 50 years of cooking. Each ended with scratches that left exposed metal, some with flecks of coating in the soup! No such nonsense with my Green Pans. Happy with the 8" and 10" added to my favorite 12" pan. We use these for everything!
