Doesn’t seem to have the charging power I assumed it would. The unit seems to only move the iPhone from 20% battery to 85-90% battery before going dead and needing a recharge.

Great concept, but my iPhone 11 Pro would not charge through the case I had, and I was not willing to change the case.

It worked before the update to 14.2 then it stopped working so it was less than 30 days so I returned it. The idea was great.

Not strong enough for top end smatphones

The concept is amazing and indeed is very convenient. But its not strong enough to charge my Note 20 Ultra to a 100% even on airplane mode. It barely gets the phone to 50%. The Note 20 Ultra has 4500mAh battery and this is 5000mAh so technically it should charge it to 100%. But its strong enough to charge lower tier smartphones like the s8 to 100%.

I always have great confidence in Zagg products. The battery pack didn’t disappoint. Works well and the very simple instructions for applying the square on the back of my phone were excellent.
