It has minimized my post processing time, thereby freeing up more time to shoot. If power is your desire, this machine is more than capable.

Initially you feel like fan makes lot of sound but after setup cpu utilization to 50% , no fan found and it is rocking.
Really thanks to Lenovo to produce such huge configuration laptops for power users

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a month - perhaps before major shortcomings can be detected. I was first surprised by how loud the fan was, even during simple tasks - however, this can be fixed by lowering the performance mode from high down to low. So, this is not a problem, and seems a neat feature.
I was a little surprised by the amounts of ports, having been used to a bigger laptop with more. In particular, this laptop only has 2 standard USB ports, with 3 of the newer USB-C ports. Most of my devices are USB, and since I often work with a USB external laptop and mouse, I'll need to get a converter.
My last laptop was powerful, and the variant I got of this one is even more powerful. However, I haven't noticed a huge increase in speed. I suspect that perhaps I haven't yet performed anything on this computer that pushes the envelope to see that performance increase.
It seems pretty much what I thought what it would be! The real test will be to see how long it lasts. Also, the shipping time on this was great.
