[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful laptop, easy to upgrade RAM (32Gb HyperX 2933Hz), a little thicker than most of of the laptops but it looks firm and strong. However, the battery lasts only 2.5-3 hours if I switch to GPU mode.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a long time I have wanted a laptop/notebook that was in between a pure gaming computer and a pure business computer. There are many Professional/Business tools in a machine, but still using a consumer level (Not Quadro/NVMS/FirePro) Graphics card. I would say that the only thing missing from a technology level is the exclusion of a 2.5 in drive. But 4 SoDimm slots, 2NVMe slots and a modular motherboard/graphics solution are features that are missing from most Gaming laptops. Well done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a magnificent powerhouse!
There are so many laptops out there, with a plethora of customizability. But when you know what you want it seems every PC out there is checking 9/10 boxes, each one missing something different. But this bad boy right here checks all those boxes.
I was also trying to decide whether to forego some of those checks for a lighter more uniquely designed fascade. But in 2021, with all the shiny lights, brushed this, polished that, what's more unique than the understated matte black, hard cornered, rectangular tank with that ever-so seductive red dot in the corner. Stand out by standing back!
This ThinkPad T15g has a power level over 9000! I got mine with 32gb of WAM, BAM, Thank You, RAM. ALL THE TABS! 1tb of the most Solidly-Solid SSD money can buy (that thing is wicked quick!). No boot lag whatsoever. A tear-jerking 3840x2160, IPS, Matte, 4k, Color Corrected, dream creator. You've never seen the tears of British Bakers quite so crisp in your life!
I can edit photos of clandestine military raids of cartel laboratories with ease, no matter how many layers I add! You can process high definition video quicker than hotdogs dissapearing at a summertime BBQ hosted by Joey Chestnut. You can't play games on here though, you're forced to LIVE them as the stellar graphics combine with high frame rates to meld you and that ragdoll goat into a single conscious entity.
Only problem is I had a significant other when I ordered this machine, and since it has arrived I have only looked away from the screen once, and noticed all the throw pillows were gone and they were nowhere to be seen.
Great personal laptop. No problem with setup and minimal garbage software to remove. Love the backlit keyboard and number pad keys. Went for Lenovo over Dell due to same processor, more memory and better screen resolution for less $$$.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything I was looking for- powerful without losing portability and without the premium/specialization that would come from a P15 & its Quadro variants.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall great laptop. There are two things that are fine, but not great. First is the sound quality of the speakers. If you want good sound, you'll have to buy speakers or a good headset. Second is I was caught a little off-guard on the size of the power supply. It makes sense given the performance and power requirements but it did surprise me.
It performs great on anything from software development with several simultaneous Docker images to a few games that I've loaded on it.
