[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a extremely powerful laptop for code compiling and photo and video editing, I was moving from house to RV for a year, and couldnt take my water cooled high end computer, bought this thinkpad with same specs of my water cooled system. I couldnt be more shocked by the performance of this laptop, keeping up with everything i used to do. I looked at reviews of a ton of different gaming laptop brands, and all the issues they had with cooling under load, with latency and freeze issues. Under 90% GPU/CPU/RAM load this gets loud with fans, but keeps performing as well as my water cooled tower. Glad i went with Thinkpad.
