I pre-order this phone and was so excited the day that I got it. It's a beautiful, powerhouse of a phone. I've kept it in a Samsung case purchased directly from them. Well, about a month in, I noticed that the back bottom corners were showing signs of wear in the matte finish. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the phone and the fact that it wasn't even two months old. A month and a half ago I dropped the phone onto tile from about 1 1/2ft and shattered the screen. I couldn't believe that it cracked, since I dropped the galaxy S10 (Which I traded in) five or so times, from higher up and on surfaces like asphalt and concrete. Definitely not giving me confidence to purchase a Samsung phone again.
The phone works great and takes great pictures. Few complaints are that Samsung still has their own UI instead of using the default Android UI and let you add Samsung if you want (no way to remove Samsung UI). The apps swipe a page at a time vs continuous vertical scroll, like most modern UIs. Samsung doesn't allow you to disable their apps (eg. Clock and Calendar) to use Google's apps, which then later causes conflict - it's like they're trying to force you to use their apps.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always loved and been loyal to the Samsung galaxy brand. This phone however I feel is moving too far in the direction of its biggest competition which is a huge mistake to make. The reasons that people choose Samsung galaxy over it's obvious competitor is because of the system operating software, the ability to expand memory with micro sd, and the camera. Well, apparently not only was a decision made to remove the audio jack but also the ability to expand memory was removed as well. Not wise! The lack of expandability makes the other important purpose of the galaxy more of a chore than a feature. The camera is amazing but now you have to hassle through uploading and downloading to and from the cloud in order to take photos and videos in the way most of us do. I am NOT happy about this. So now the only obvious difference between the galaxy and its competition is the operating system and frankly, what difference does that really make with other advantages removed. I am not happy at all with this purchase and I regret making it. If this is the direction Samsung is taking, this will have been my final purchase from the company.

I just bought this phone, I was so excited and always been so happy with Samsung products, sadly this time I feel disappointed, I open the box and I notice doesn't come with headphones anymore, and the worst part of this, doesn't come with the charger cube, only comes with the cable.....how I will charge my phone then? I think for the cost we're paying for the phone at least you should include the equipment we need to make work properly you products.
