[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the S21 for a few months now. Upgraded from the S9. I've always appreciated simple phones so I initially felt the S21 would be too much technology for me, but it's been an easy transition to this phone. The screen looks brighter and more detailed. The camera takes awesome photos and video. I didn't think I'd really use the pen feature too much but I've enjoyed learning the features it offers. The fast changing comes in handy too. Overall it's been a great phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S21 ultra has the best camera I have ever seen in an smart phone. Everyone is impressed by the photos I take. Everyone also marvels at all the cameras at the back and how beautiful they look.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So first things first, the phone, features, and performance is amazing. The thing that I was not expecting was that Samsung got rid of the expandable storage. I pre-ordered the phone and did not bother too much with what they would add/take-away since I have been doing so since the Galaxy S7 and had always been happy with the Galaxy phones. Removing of the 3.5mm earphone jack is also disappointing but I knew it was eventually going to happen :( . Hope Samsung reconsiders returning the expandable storage. From now on I will definitely be paying more attention to the details.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my s21 ultra, I upgraded from a Note 9 and love that I can still use a pen. However I have noticed a few drawbacks of the design of the s21 ultra. In specific the area where the power button has been moved obstructs my gooseneck device holder and I also actually hit volume down more often than the lock button on accident. Also the flip case accessory from Samsung blocks multiple camera lenses when flipped all the way back, this normally is not an issue but the case must be removed in order to get good video/picture quality. I also miss the extended memory option without a dongle but it does allow me to more easily switch SD cards in and out so that feature is somewhat of a mixed bag. Other than these small drawbacks I love this device and will continue to use it as my daily for years to come.
