Excellent Phone and Amazing Camera!

I upgraded from my S7 to the S21 Ultra a few months back and I've been blown away! Way faster obviously, but the cameras are what really impress me most! The 10x optical zoom is amazing!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like it. It's fast. It has a lotta features. The camera is great. Charges to full in an hour. Good battery. I get through a full charge in 24 hours of use. What I would like is if it did not heat up so much. When it heats up it can get uncomfortable to hold. Software wise I would like to see something handle the heat in an update.
I would also like to see a universal search bar like what apple has. Fluid animations to make it more comfy. Quick settings kind of like what the iPhone has and pixel 6 has. Clean up the designs of the samsung Icons, the samsung internet icon looks like it's on a phone from 2006. Stronger
privacy features. I know google makes the os but samsung can add more privacy features to show that they care like apple.
Security and privacy are very important to consumers in an age where our data is a gold mine. It's one of the reasons why I considered the Iphone. The features like the thumbprint scanner and universal back are why I chose this phone. That doesn't mean I wouldn't want strong security and privacy features on my android.
I know android 12 is coming to the Samsung phones but until then these are what I would like in the future.

Overall good phone. Does what I need and more. A little pricey. Great display. Can handle multitasking like a boss. I personally like the design. I am planning on getting the buds pro and hope the synergy between samsung phones and accessories can match the iphone and airpods. I read that google assistant is not able to be used in the buds pro so that is disappointing. I hope they reconsider this.

The S21 Ultra takes BLURRY pictures

The S21 Ultra took great pictures. 8 months later the pictures are extremely blurry. Resetting the phone is a temporary solution that makes things worse by reverting back to blurry at the worst moments. I would definitely wait for the release of the S22. I never experienced this issue with the S10+ or the S7. Samsung should recall this phone.

Overall, the phone is an upgrade from my Galaxy S8. The user experience is simple, and I'm excited to continue exploring all of the features. The one frustration I have is the 'data is off' notification. I'm usually not in a place that doesn't have WiFi, and if I am, I am aware that I'll need data if I want to access most applications. I give this phone rating a 3, because I thought I understood Samsung to be customizable, but after hours of research, it seems this isn't a notification I can turn off permanently.

Love this phone

In my history of buying Samsung for many years, the Samsung s21 ultra is buy for the best investment iv ever made. Quality is awesome, it's very appealing to the eye. One UI 4.0 is super smooth as well...I'm just extremely happy

I had the s20 Ultra which I thought was a great phone with great features, including the quality of the camera, and presumed that this would be an upgrade or at least similar, but boy was I mistaken. It does have many of the same features as the s20ultra, however the big issue is that most of them don't work. The functionality of the camera, especially the video mode is a random crap shoot. When taking pictures, shots would sometimes be taken, and other times you press the button, it freezes, this is also true with the video mode, where you are taking a moving video and suddenly it freezes suddenly and then the entire video is lost. There are many applications available, but once again, they would freeze and everything you have been working on is lost. The texting function is also horrible in the same way. I would be writing a text then it freezes and you have either close the messenging service or restart the phone to get back to the main screen, and everything you wrote is missing. This does not happen all the time but always at the wrong time, and has cost me much more money than the cost of the phone, time, and frustration. Please avoid this piece of expensive junk.

First time ever I go for 2 year old phone Note 20

Main selling point with Note 20 Ultra for me is sd card slot , all samsung phones are top notch, high specs and i love OneUi , but its not without issues- the battery life... If Apple introduces usb-c and Samsung continues not to offer SD card expantion , it is very much outperformed by Apple superior 2 day battery on Iphone 13 pro max, racking focus in cinematic mode and Magsafe. The prices are now equal so it does not feel like best buck for your money vs Apple tho the notch is still annoying and no fongerprint sensor.
Will wait for next Samsung releases in next couple years and see if they improve in battery and Sd Card support. Tesla phones are coming too , could be great too.
