[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was cautious, every phone I've had, never measured up, until now, my Samsung galaxy s21 ultra is by far the best phone I've gotten, whether I'm multi tasking, or streaming a video, it never let's me down, fast uploads, and just as fast downloads, I continue to be surprised and amazed with the quality of this phone, and every picture I take looks like it was done by a professional, best purchase I ever made

Great mobile but lacks some features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using it for more than 3 months. The phone is good for everyday use. The battery lasts whole day. Some times the internet drops. The phone heats up pretty quick. It also hangs with excessive gaming. The phone feels bulky. I have been using Sony Xperia 1 before and because I wanted 5G I switched to Samsung. I didn't like the punch hole front facing camera because it comes in the way of video while watching videos.
