[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. The images for the camera is out of this world. The speed of the phone is crazy. This phone has so many features you have to be ready to spend some time. The only thing is it does not come with a pen but it can accommodate one.

Very touchy using YOUTUBE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this excellent camera phone for approximately 6-8 weeks. I couldn't ask for a better camera, but I find that it will drop the current YOUTUBE video I'm watching if I touch the phone. I pay close attention as to how I pick it up, but as often as not, the phone drops the current video.

Nice phone upgrade

I was worried I was going to have to reinstall everything, but didn't have to. Loving the phone so far. Still getting used to all of the features. I liked getting a trade in value for my old phone too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the phone is good. I have a few annoyances with it. It's a little difficult to get used to the large size. Because of the camera bump, the phone will not lay flat on any surface. A case can correct this issue. Super disappointed that it does not come with a charger. Samsung should give the customer an option of choosing whether they want a charger or not. They removed MST support from Samsung Pay. This is a huge let down. They should have kept this. NFC payments are not always available. This could leave you at the register with no way to pay.

Love my ultra!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had it for over a month now, it's a little heavier than I thought it would be, but I'm use to it now. The cameras are simply the best, the zoom and clarity are unmatched. My daughter has the 12 pro and my pictures are crisper and I am able to zoom in soo much more. The processing speed has improved immensely, tap on an app and its open. The videos are superior to anything else. I watch them on my 75 in Samsung TV and the quality is better than the 4k DVDs. Keep up the great work Samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the Samsung S21 ULTRA. The first thing I loved was the smart switch feature to easily move over everything from my S9+ . The S21 runs very smooth and very easy to use.

I recently took a photo of a full moon where you can see the mountains on the moon! I also recently discovered the hand gesture for selfies. Great fun showing it to friends. Way to go Samsung!
