It's hands down the best phone out. Cameras are out if this world. Crisp crystal images and 8k videos. Can't beat that. All smart phones put together Can't come close to this one. Best choice ever.

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been wanting to upgrade as my s9 was dying and on release of this phone was almost unusable at times. Was eyeing the s20 note but decided to wait on this. Love the pen and the length as it doesn't make my hand cramp like the note pen but hate that it doesn't have a convenient storage space for it unless you bought the pen and case bundle. Camera is great and the touch response is much better than the s9. Size is great. Wasn't sure how i would feel about the size at first but I've grown to like it much more than the s9's awkward not small enough but not big enough size. Battery is great as I use it all day constantly on call games etc and it lasts. So far so good. Only problem was calls were great and still are but lately I've had complaints from people I talk with that the mic when on speakerphone has been pretty weak so I'm not sure if the mic has gotten weaker in performance since I've purchased about 3 or 4 months ago or not. Can get hot but seems to cool pretty quickly in comparison to my older Samsung phones I've had. Need more case options that include spen holders and in white please!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I switched from Note 20 to the 21 ultra and it's the best decision I made so far. the phones way faster than the note 20 which is already fast the graphic and camera blow away the note 20 by a mile. and if you have used the note 20 like i did you should know how good it is. the only downside is that the phone is a little heavy
