BEYOND HAPPY.

I traded in my iPhone XS for the galaxy s21 ultra and could not be happier with my decision. I am currently with straight talk and the switch was incredibly easy with this unlocked phone: simple take the sim out of one phone and put it in the other. The features of the Galaxy are so much more fun than the iPhone which I feel is the same year after year and after trading my phone in, this was a much better deal with WAY more storage. If you're comparing the two, this is definitely the better option and that's coming from someone who has owned iPhones for YEARS.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had this phone since March and I’m still amazed by the fact that I always find something new about it. The design is a sight to behold, the cameras are extremely versatile, the performance is unparalleled, the overall experience has been great to me. This phantom silver s21 ultra solidifies my decision as a Samsung customer. Highly recommend.

These devices are so expensive and so flimsy! I expect devices to be more durable for the cost! Also, The fingerprint scanner on screen is not working-out very well, and I hope they put it back in the power button.

When u guys decide to come up with adding the sdcard card slot again AND increasing the display size above 6.9, preferably 7.0" then and only then will I buy a Samsung phone again. Till then you cannot even compete nor beat an iphone!!!

Love the phone but battery sucks!

I bought this phone about 3 months ago and loved it except for the battery life. I'd be lucky to get 10 hrs out of it...battery starts to die before even doing anything on it. Fully charged when I wake up in the morning....set it down to get myself a cup of coffee and the phone is down to 99%. It drops about 10% in less than an hour...my old LG phone lasts longer than that! I'm on my 3rd one now and about to return it! I really don't want to give up on it but I'm tired of changing them out...just want one that has an all day battery like it's supposed to!

Feel very duped by this phone

I move from the plus one 7 pro. I returned to Samsung as I was pleased with them in the past until they stated taking up Memory real estate. I'm disappointed in the phone and in the fact that my questions at T-Mobile about the Samsung S21 ultra were not answered truthfully. if they were answered correctly I would not have purchased this phone. This phone charges extremely slow. 10% in hour Samsung still fills the phone with apps you do not want with no way to uninstall. Samsung's features are having errors such as their tap to talk to text Feature. This phone has no place for an SD expansion or memory and it does not come with a charger. If you're finding a lot of errors in this review you can think the tap to talk text feature. It is not smooth it does not pick up what you're saying correctly and it errors out often. I wanna throw it in the trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this to replace a Note 9 with a cracked screen. The Note 9 was, hands down, the best phone I've ever owned. Take the Note 9 and remove everything that makes it great and you'll have the S21 Ultra.

Been buying Samsung phones since the galaxy s3 don't know If i will upgrade to the s22 what's killing me right now is the lack of e-sim
