Once a Galaxy User, Always a Galaxy User

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a loyal Galaxy user since the S3! The S21 Ultra 5G is another step in that legacy of the Galaxy. The S21 Ultra 5G meets every expectation I have. My S21 is used for talking, texting, picture taking, video recording, email, games, video calling, zooming and Google/Outlook scheduling. All of these tasks have been completed without any lag time, no dropped calls, quickly connects to apps, software upgrades are fast, downloads are quick, and I always get compliments on the picture quality. It easily charges with an Otterbox case. It works great with my Samsung watch as well. Well worth my staying with the Galaxy family this long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a month ago and I love it. Way better than the iPhone 12. Apple needs to innovate fast because Samsung is the king of innovation. It's got an in-screen fingerprint, virtually no notch, 120hz, etc. Switch to galaxy. You won't regret it.

Great except for one thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my S21+ for several months and I love it. My only issue is the lack of a headphone jack. I have Bluetooth ear buds but occasionally I would like to use my Bose headphones but I cannot.
