Nice phone but complicated

I love the phone however, Samsung should be ashamed of themselves. Why do you no longer provide the box for the supplied charging cord?! Its not as if the phone is inexpensive!! Then i had issues with the SIM card to boot! It didnt bring all of my contacts over from the cloud, its getting ridiculous that its complicated to set up a phone. I expect better from Samsung!! It's also S Pen compatible...but you have to buy one!

The phone is excellent, the camera is incredible. The phone does have some heat issues, though that seems to resolve after a few days use. It is also a little bulkier than the Note line.

So far it's been awesome. Very fast. I'm disappointed that a 1TB version wasn't offered and that there's no mini SD card slot, which I've subtracted one star for. My S10+ had 1TB and a memory card slot so I never had to worry about running out of space. I tend to keep phones for at least 2 cycles so this would've been an excellent addition. The fingerprint login works great. Very fast swiping, swithcing between apps, gaming. The camera is amazing though I expected the wide angle to be a bit better. Seems not as good at the S10+. The zoom is pretty amazing though I use the wide angle much more for real estate photography.

The phone gets hot while charging with the plug they sell. And why do you have to buy everything separate, a phone can't work without a plug so you get banged over the head for the phone and shafted because you have to buy a plug, good for them, bad for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
