Bought for my child for Christmas, she's in love already. Setup was simple. Normal Windows setup. Loving the touchscreen

Great daily driver, but limited space and slots

I bought this for work while I'm traveling and away from my desktop PC, just for things like Google Docs, ordering from vendor sites, etc. It's a great little laptop for that.
It doesn't come with a ton of onboard memory, but it has an SD card slot, and uses the OneDrive cloud natively. I quickly found myself also using my laptop to run RPG Maker and needing more space, so got myself an external harddrive. It does not have a USB-A slot, but it does have USB-C, mini HDMI, and USB-B slot, so keep that in mind with anything you need to plug in, you may need adapters.
It also doesn't have a num pad, but that's the trade-off for a smaller profile and lighter weight. The trackpad is responsive, and the switch from laptop mode to tablet mode is intuitive and simple. You just flip the screen all the way back, and you can set it to automatically switch when you do that or have the pop-up ask you each time to confirm. The fingerprint reader can be a little finicky, but that's pretty typical, and you can use a pin instead easily.

Incredible work/school laptop!

When I first got this laptop (2019) I had gotten it for online schooling. Then after that, I had refreshed my copy, then used it for work. It was great for that aswell! I refreshed it again, but this time for gaming, and, well... Its alright... it runs most games from 2010 and down. Its a gamble if it can run games from 2010 and up. (Time for technical issues!) I had gotten the screen pop-up to upgrade to windows 11, I was distracted playing warzone 2 on my xbox, so I upgraded, and when I tried to roll-back, it got stuck on the "windows update environment" in the "starting to roll back" phase, I left it on for 2 days, and nada. I had to reinstall with windows media creation tool and I was forced to format main 60gb drive, and lost all of the flip 14 startup benefits. So now im stuck with a poorly optimized laptop with windows 10. 4 stars for the last part.
