[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this and asked that they give me a monitor that would reduce eye strain. This caused me terrible eye strain and headaches. Beyond that I kept getting messages that HDMI was not connected to the device. Tech tried everything. Downloaded firmware, bios, updates. Nothing worked still constant error messages.
