The height does adjust easily, maybe a bit to easy but it works well for what I am using it for. Bought 2 for the on-line price. Choose the free shipping and enjoy. Looking forward to buying a wall mount system so I can have all monitors in horizontal position. Currently running an H like pattern on my desk at home. Not sure if there are speakers or not installed. I did not purchase them with the speaker option. Have not tried to use the audio port and running off laptop speakers currently.
