Excellent cooktop

It was shipped promptly, very well packaged.
Unboxing was quick. The removal of our old cooktop and installation of the new Thor cooktop was easy and only took about an hour.
We love the large cast iron grills and quality METAL control knobs.
The unit lit right off. Now the family fights over who gets to use it :>)

Great price BUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the money, this is a nice cooktop. Unfortunately I have two issues. During installation we discovered two burners did not work. No LED no igniter. I was frustrated so I decided to remove the cover that holds the control knobs. Three screws in each cover. Found that the plug in wire harness was not connected on two control knobs. If I was not pretty handy this would have been a big issue. THOR needs to step up their QC.
The other issue is that there is not a burner with a simmer setting. The low settings are still to hot. Maybe we will get used to this.

Ecstatic with our purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with the cook top, converted to propane with the provided regulator and gas valve instructions. Installation was a breeze, but would have been good if there was a counter cut out template. Wonderful product, looking forward to years of use.

We love our cooktop!! I only have one issue - the decals for the knobs have worn off after 9 months of use and cleaning. Is this something that can be redone? Are there labels that can purchased?
