Fantastic bag

I got the 20L second hand, switching from a boundary errant (24L I believe). This bag is fantastic, I primarily use it for school and light hiking, plenty of space and a ton of organizational options.
Only gripe is that the bottleholders aren't great - they're great for storage, but I can only barely fit my relatively slim water bottle in if I have anything in the bag so I usually just put it in one of the internal side compartments.

Great bag, A LOT OF SPACE!

First, let me start by saying it is a well built bag, (everyday day 30). Plenty of pockets as well for your small items... I like how customizable the bag is for different occasions. The only thing if I had to say something that could be improved on is, just a little bit more of padding on the shoulder straps (but that is subjected to personal preference).. with that being said I really like this bag... looking to get the smaller 20L bag for my quick trips around town.
