LOVE the size of each burner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old stove started sparking and we needed a new one. We purchased another (not Thor) and once it came, the size of the actual burner/grate area was much smaller than expected due to lots of area for the knobs. Once we decided on the Thor and to upgrade to 36 inch, we had to wait a little bit but I am so glad that we did. I have lots of space for my bigger pots! Also, the pans around the burners are easy to clean. We’ve only had it for less than a week but I’m very pleased with the cooking so far!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Important Things To Know

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently had our 36" Gas Range Top installed. I would like to address many comments that I had previously heard. The heat/fire control for all of the 6 burners is excellent, from high fire to low simmer, and everything in between. The porcelain top is easy to clean, and durable. The packaging the unit came in was excellent, very sturdy and protective. I will say that the exposed SST areas should have some protective plastic on them to keep from being scratched during install. We were able to install ours with no scratches, being very careful. The LEDs are very functional, work well, and do look good too. The grates are extremely heavy in a good way with quality rubber grommets, nicely designed. The unit had no functional problems at all, everything worked as expected. Our unit has not been installed long, so I can't speak to long-term reliability -- but we are off to a VERY good start. This is a solid 5-star review considering there are no compromises and the very low price. Get one. You will love yours too.

Great cook top! You feel like a pro!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this cooktop beginning of December 2021. It is so easy to use and the heating is wonderful. It heats up evenly. And I line the big knobs and the lighting so you know if you left it on by accident. Great cooking tool!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello on this unit is particularly impressive. It is meaningfully lower than other liquid propane stove tops I've used. ... And on full bore I'm pretty sure the front burners could power a hot air balloon.
Quality of material and construction seems excellent. Very pleased with this purchase.

2 Yrs of enjoyment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our cooktop 2+ years ago and chose the Thor 36" Gas Professional. We have loved it ... and everyone compliments the look of our kitchen. Recently the ignition switch seemed to be stuck on one of the burners. We called Thor customer service and they gave us the name of a service tech nearby. We called them and before they came out gave us some ideas on what might be the trouble. 10 minute later we were up and running again ... no service call ... no cost ... just needed a little adjustment because we had knocked it off kilter wihile cleaning. Very happy!

Professional look and cooking

Our contractor uses this brand for all his homes and I love the size and how much can be cooked at one time. The simmer feature is adjustable and not just one setting it and truly simmers. My only wish is that the knobs came in red and/or have a red accent as I have seen in other range tops. It would complete my kitchen decor!
