A lot of range for the money!

I'm still in the process of remodeling my kitchen, but I've used this range enough to know that it is going to be great! Coming from a standard 30" slide in range, the look of this rangetop built into a cabinet is premium.
Installation is straightforward with the gas hookup being pretty easily accessible from the underside. There are adjustable feet on the bottom too if you need to level the rangetop in a wonky space. I'll note that my unit was a little unlevel, but it settled without needing to adjust the feet after install.
I really like the lights illuminating the knobs for burners that are operating - important for someone like me that has a history of leaving a low burning burner going after cooking... The knobs themselves are solid and precise. The range of output is precise too in that as you move from high to low (or vice versa) the flame adjusts smoothly - particularly on the simmer burner in the middle.
Overall, I am very happy with the look and function!

Gorgeous cooktop but…..

This cooktop looks beautiful and preforms like a really expensive model. The issue I had was a very long delay with shipping. It arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it from Lowe’s and was over a week later than promised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality Range!!

I have had this range for over 3 years and it has been great. We installed it when we renovated our kitchen. It has been great cooking for large family parties. Worth every penny.

36” gas cooktop

I wanted a high end cooktop and choose Thor rather than Wolf, ect. Because it was much more affordable. If looks and preforms as well as one priced 1000’s more.

I bought this range to replace a previous one from another brand. Looks sleek and professional really enjoy the blue backlighting on the knobs. Great value for the price.

Disappointing after extended use

I purchased this several years ago so I wanted to provided an extended use review. Here are a few observations and experiences:
1. It does not "simmer" well. There is one burner that has a "simmer" feature but it is either hot, or nothing. It is not very adjustable at all. Plus like some others, it does not light correctly
2. The other two front burner are hot or really hot. Plus after a couple of years even with regular cleaning, they have difficulty lighting. One of them is making a weird puffing type sound periodically which raises concerns if something is leaking so we had to stop using it.
3. The burner layout is a bad design. There should be one Medium and one high on each row. Plus add a dedicated smaller one for lower output and simmering function.
I think it's a bit of a "you get what you pay for" scenario with this unit. If you're on a budget or doing a flip it will probably be ok for a bit but know it's limitations and likely quality issues over time.
