My opinion about the PRIMO FULL PREMIUM LEATHER

The PROS :
Elegant armchair with uncluttered design.
It is really 100% genuine leather unlike the competition in the same price range (all the other models I found have the lateral and posterior surfaces made of synthetic material).
I like the firm seat support with the highest foam density I could find on the market.
The settings are numerous and precise (much better than my old low range armchair).
The customer service is excellent : quick answers to my requests for additional informations and same-day shipping of a spare part (original one broke during transport). In few words : cordial and efficient (thanks again).
The CONS :
The transport packaging is minimalist (a plastic part was broken).
The finishing covers are made of basic plastic : the leather upholstery would have deserved better.
The finishing of the upholstery is not perfect : there are some awkward folds fortunately not very visible.
All in all :
I was looking (hard job both on websites of classic chair models and those of gaming ones) for an elegant, comfortable and good quality leather armchair for my office space at home: I found the right one with the PRIMO FULL PREMIUM LEATHER of AROZZI.
I'm not a gamer and this not too typical model finds its place wonderfully in front of my PC.

Best gaming chair I have tried !!!

Got this chair yesterday. Shipping was fast, 4 days from order to I got it.
Easy to put together, soft nice fabric, solid chair and I love the built in lumbar support in the chair.
A big chair that fit for ( I guess people from 170cm and up ).
From what I have seen Secret Labs Titan 2020 model is same.
So This is one of the best gaming chairs to get.
Office chairs are a notch up !!
But they are also very much more expensive.
This chair is very close to office chairs, and quality seem superb.
Arozzis flagship meet all my requirements and Im very satisfied.

Great chair

it's a good chair, I've had it for 2 years.
2 years of really intensive use, 7/7 days around 3 to 10 hours per day.
The seat is always well held, it took me about 2 weeks to get used to the seat foam (70kg/m³).
The whole chair functions still works very well.
the only small flaw comes from the armrests, they should allow to be closer to the seat.
I have had a few issues but customer service was quick to respond and send the parts to be replaced in waranty.
Huge thanks to Arozzi team.

Good choice for me

The order itself was processed very quickly and without any reservations.Krzesło wygląda świetnie, jeśli chodzi o zastosowanie praktyczne również jest przyjemne, but it is worth bearing in mind that when you have a pet, hair can settle on the chair material.
The only thing I could object to is the uneven lifting of the armrests. However, this is a small drawback, hardly noticeable. The rest of the chair, such as the comfort of the seat or the backrest, compensates for such a small error.

Great chair, but could be better.

Ordering and shipping was great, although delivery date changed, but luckily I was home when UPS came.
Assembly wasn't the best experience, not that it was hard, but the manual sucks.
I had 12 red screws and 4 blue ones, but nowhere in the manual was it found where the blue ones should be.
The manual said primo on the front but on the inside it was from vernazza, bit cheap not to make a normal manual for your top model..
The plastic side covers went on a little hard, mainly because the zipper from the back cover runs there, on both sides. Could be easily improved by changing zipper location or by making the side cover just a little smaller.
Once assembled the chair sits great, nice fabric and chair feels sturdy.
I do wish the armrests would go back further, they only align in 90 degree with backrest, but no one sits like that, so in normal sitting position your elbows lack bit of support.
The lumbar support only works one way (mid back), I'd probably like it more if it was more flexible (cant change the height of the support), my wife can use it though because she has more of a hollow back.
Overall, like the chair a lot, but definitely a little room for improment.
