I absolutely LOVE this French press ! The quality is legit! I love the walnut handle , and the aesthetic! Coffee wise it pours a good cup of coffee, pretty clean for a French press! I love that you can replace the parts , and that there are markers for the amount of coffee grounds and water, the ONLY con about this French press is that those coffee and water makers are hard to see! Oh and it keeps coffee hot for HOURS ! I’ve forgotten that there was a bit of coffee left and came back like 2 hours later and it was still steaming hot!

The Clara matches our whole Fellow line up nicely. We actually don’t usually use a French press but had our parents visiting for the holidays and they prefer French press over Chemex, so I purchased for them to use. My mom immediately commented on how nice it was, where did we get it, and where she can purchase one:) I am hoping for a white color to be released so I can surprise her with one that matches her kitchen decor.

One thing that can be reimagined - no plastic parts in the plunger.

My coffee stays hot!!

I went from a Bodrum glass press to the Fellow press and it is significantly better. My coffee stays warm for the 2 hours it takes me to finish the carafe and it looks stylish in our kitchen. My family now has two of these presses (one for me and one for my partner) and love it. Nice work Fellows.

Double Walls of Stainless Steel Keep it Hot

This is a well-made French Press. I followed all instructions precisely, including adjustments to my Ode grinder and to the coffee:water ratio. For me, I could not get a good cup of coffee, let alone a great cup. Due to the season of the year, my attempts by telephone and email for customer support received no input from Fellow. Unfortunately, I returned the product, not because of an observable flaw in the product but because It did not work for me

Even better than expected

I love our new French press. It's beautiful, of course, but the filter is very easy to clean. Grounds don't get caught up in there, and I don't have to pull apart the mesh layers trying to get them out anymore. So thankful! Also, I underestimated the value of the stainless steel vacuum double wall situation (however that's called). My husband and I both drink coffee, but he gets up later than me. It's great that I can make coffee when I get up, and it's still hot an hour or two later when he finally gets up. I have even drank the second cup myself in the afternoon and it's still wonderfully warm.
My only note is that I tried using the suggested lines for the grounds and the water level, and those proportions are definitely not for us. That coffee was extremely strong. But I don't consider this feature a drawback in any way.
