Love my new Thor range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the stove online and was a little nervous about the quality, but I had nothing to fear. The stove was delivered ahead of schedule and so far it’s perfect in every way. The grates are heavy and robust and not thin like many others I’ve seen in show rooms. i’ve never had a gas range before and love cooking on it - the gas convection oven has been a dream. everyone who has seen it has commented on what a beautiful stove it is - and the gas installer took pictures of it to show other customers who are looking to purchase a gas range. A five star product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this gas stove in September 2020 and due to COVID the installation got delayed. It was finally installed yesterday; it looks soooooo good in my kitchen!! And it works perfectly! thanks so much for creating this great product. note: I would consider the depth if you customize your cabinets and counter as this model is deeper than my old oven.

AMAZING oven!

The reconverted propane feature worked beautifully and made the installation a piece of cake for my husband. We called Customer Service with a question about the stove top and they were SO helpful. The griddle is also a wonderful feature. We make the most perfect pancakes for the littles on it!

Hahaha maybe I’m kidding but it sure seems like it. Cooking is fun again ! Love it and it sure makes us look more professional in the kitchen with our dinner guests !

High End 30” Gas Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with saying that I’ve been repairing high end ranges for over 20 years. This range caught my eye when shopping at Sams Club online after noticing all the upgraded features included with this unit. First of all you get two (not just one) front 18000 BTUs burners which boil water with incredible speed and also two rear true simmer burners (650 BTUs) that will also deliver an impressive 15000 BTUs if needed. The infrared broiler is great for searing steaks and the ball bearing sliding racks take all the fight out of checking for the perfect product. The cooling and convection fans are very quiet, you barely know they’re on. Front control knobs are very well made and stay cool to the touch even after baking a chicken pot pie at 400 degrees for 45 min. From a service standpoint this is a solid well build unit. Thor Kitchens, I’ve seen a lot of nice appliances in my day and I must say, you knocked it out of the park on this one. Well done!

Great looks, performance, price & customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a gas range that would hold even temperatures in the oven (unlike our electric oven) and was not loaded with failure prone extras like wi-fi, timers that turn oven off at end of time, etc. This Thor range satisfies those requirements and has the look of professional name brand ranges that cost 2-3 times more than this did. Gas burners and range worked as expected. Going from electric to gas, we have had a little bit of a learning experience for turning gas burners on, but not a problem once we got used to it. We had a minor customer service issue that was promptly resolved without any hassle on our part. Due to the Covid shutdown precautions in May, Thor was only accepting email requests for customer service issues, but they responded to my initial problem report within an hour and continued to keep me informed of the status of the replacement part which arrived a few days later. We are very happy with the Thor range, the price and the customer service.

Beautiful Range, fragile knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned our Thor range for about a year and a half. The gas stove top has worked perfectly. Both of the oven knobs broke, but Thor was wonderfully receptive to our request to have it repaired. They quickly sent the parts to our home, paid for the service technician to come, and it is fully functioning again. Absolutely love the style for the price, but go easy on the knobs!
