So far it looks beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this stove and so far it seems very heavy duty and looks great in my kitchen. This thing has 6 burners and it heats very nicely. I haven’t had a gas range in a long time and missed it. The only thing that made me mad is I was missing a set screw for the handle but I think the guys that delivered it dropped it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A huge range that is extremely versatile!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I decided to completely remodel the kitchen this year. Our needs for a range had several drivers:
1) LP kit available or installed from the factory
2) Double oven
3) A built in griddle
4) Stainless steel construction
5) Commercial like performance

We evaluated several different stoves but only found one that checked every criteria that we had in the price bracket we could afford. In the six months we have had it installed, we are impressed with the performance of the unit.
However, we have noted a few things:
1) The drip pan doesn't catch everything from the griddle. The temptation is to cook almost anything on it, I would abstain from cooking breakfast sausage or bacon on the griddle top. The grease runs down the sides and misses the drip pan. Then you have to clean it out of the sump.
2) The edges of the griddle are difficult to clean. It would be nice to transition to a stamped griddle without hard corners. That would make cleanup much easier.
3) The griddle vent takes quite a bit of elbow grease to clean. I would recommend using a stainless cleaner like barkeeps friend to make that task easier.
4) Mice can get in. This is largely a universal truth, but in rural New Mexico you will eventually experience a mouse in your house. This pesky bugger decided to call the stove home. Somehow he gained entry to both ovens and the area between the burners and the top of the oven. The wiring used on the igniter control loop to every knob is pretty light gauge wiring, and evidently tasty to mice. The little bugger ate half of the wiring in one night of residence before making the trip across the rainbow bridge once discovered.

Beautiful Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We found this range after much research. We had a drop in downdraft range whose computer board went kaput. The oven kept heating up to it’s highest temperature even though I turned the oven off! Not good. Thankfully we found this awesome Thor range for our kitchen. No problem computer board to malfunction. We didn’t need a clock, a timer, or all the other buttons in our old range. Simple is best. I can tell this range will last a LONG time. It is beautiful to look at, very high quality. The knobs are amazing. Love the convection fan. Love the griddle burner in the center. works perfectly. We love it so much we ordered another Thor range for our 2nd house we are remodeling.

Love the look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a complicated digital gas range for this Thor. It is simple and does what I need . It has no complicated electronic equipment that tends to break. The only problem was I had to calibrate the oven temp. Not really a problem ,I expected that. It looks great in my kitchen. I can turn it on and cook without having to take a course in its operation
