I Love my Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw this range when searching for appliances for our new home build. Looked at many but kept going back to Thor. Was pleased with the reviews so took a deep breath and ordered it right unseen. Gave the dimensions to our cabinet designer and it fit perfectly. It looks amazing, everyone comments on it. Cooks beautifully and I love having the two ovens. Not a self cleaning oven but so easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased stove 3 years ago, now having problems

Love the simplicity of this unit, but 3 years old and it started to trip the circuit breaker every time the oven was turned on. Fix was to replace the ovens lower ignitor, the replacement obviously has been upgraded. Now that works, but the igniters for the top now do not work...can still light the burners with a match. Thought I was buying a better built product. Wondering what is going to fail next

We recently installed this range in our new home. The oven temperature needed adjusting. I contacted Thor and within a day they had someone come fix it and it was a minor adjustment which we now can do ourselves if ever needed. Excellent customer service!!!

Beautiful Range, fragile knobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned our Thor range for about a year and a half. The gas stove top has worked perfectly. Both of the oven knobs broke, but Thor was wonderfully receptive to our request to have it repaired. They quickly sent the parts to our home, paid for the service technician to come, and it is fully functioning again. Absolutely love the style for the price, but go easy on the knobs!
