Everyone was very helpful and professional. They acknowledged the problem and replaced our range with a brand new one! We are very impressed with Thor’s care and customer service. Thank you!

Beautiful design and results

The only drawback is the griddle. Haven’t quite figured out how to get the best results with it yet but still experimenting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we built our house I wanted a 36 inch range that was functional and stylish. Thor delivered that and much more. Plenty of room to cook many things on the top and in the oven. It has not disappointed me!
