I really liked the concept of this appliance, since I am a frequent microwave user and LOVE the crispiness of an air fryer, but have limited counter space to hold both. However, my two biggest issues are:
1. Not user friendly: the knob/dial is TERRIBLE and so unreliable, it has more than tested my patience. Not only does the dial increase time in increments of 5 seconds, leaving you spinning for ages to get to anything over 3:00… but it randomly decreases instead of increasing, even when turned consistently clockwise? I’ve tried everything - turning faster, slower, with more pressure, less pressure - all in an attempt to solve the puzzle of why it happens, to no success. I have just accepted my fate of repeatedly pushing the +30 sec button, rather than risking getting trapped in the 90 minute zone (which happens if you cross below 0 seconds) :(
2. Size: I already mentioned limited counter space. This is one bulky appliance, yet the space inside is so small it just barely fits one full dinner plate!

I gave it 5 stars because it's just what I needed with my small space. You just have to understand it's not going to be as powerful as a 1000 watt microwave, or hold as much food, or have as many features. Understanding it's limitations, I think it's great. I wish it had a touchpad instead of a knob for setting your time and power level but I've already gotten pretty used to that. The biggest con for me is that it's almost impossible to see anything by looking through the glass window. Maybe it's the screen, or maybe there's not enough light in there, but I have to open the door to see how the food is coming along.

Failed after only 3+ years!

Love the size and convenience even though the microwave takes much longer than others to heat things up. BUT the microwave and turntable suddenly stopped working after only about 3 years! Tried unplugging, replugging and pressing down the reset button but to no avail. Ovens should last much longer! Is this why it's been discontinued?
