Very unsatisfied

I bought the HWC2408U model which has the same specs as this model. It worked fine for 5 months then stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer as the unit was supposed to have a 2 year warranty, first year parts and labor, 2nd parts only. In the beginning they only wanted to cover parts, but relented after I provided pictures of the documentation they included with the cooler. A service call was arranged and necessary parts identified. That was February 2022. As of today, October 12, 2022, I have been told it will another 2-3 months before the parts are available. I this is way beyond unacceptable. I would never buy another product from Thor Kitchens. I had hesitated in posting a review as I wanted to see how the issue was resolved, but my patience has run out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the look and many other things… but I am surprised to read reviews saying it is quiet… it is definitely not quiet! The whole family complaining and we hear it from our bedrooms!
