Great add-on for my iPad

I have really appreciated the whole from the order, to its tracking and delivery, the very easy installation due to the excellent video, and the feeling on the screen ...
My only little disappointment is a lost of sensitivity, especially in the corners, which makes you need to press the screen harder (or twice) to get the wished result.
But a great product anyway !

It's not the just a product, but a great company

I got a paperlike and didn't take enough care to avoid dust. Long story short, I wrecked the sheet. I told Paperlike and they were so kind to replace it. It was not a faulty product, but an end-user rushing too fast, yet they decided to look after me.
This is the reason you should deal with Paperlike, no matter what product you buy.
And, yes, the product itself is awesome and makes writing outside a gorgeous experience (yup, it cuts the glare) and does feel like writing on paper..

Firstly can I say, I love the product! It feels and looks great.
I just got my iPad Pro 2020 12.9in a week ago and have been using it mostly for procreate with the apple pencil and it feels amazing to use.
But the standout thing about the paperlike is the customer service team behind the scenes. After my first order arrived with some damage to the paperlike they have gone out of their way to rectify this and organize a new set to be sent to me. Something I just was not expecting.
Their customer service team deserves all the praise they get for reaching out super quickly and getting things sorted.
WOULD 100% ORDER AGAIN.

The Paperlike is an amazing screen protector, I have purchased multiple time for the first gen iPad pro and the 2018 iPad pro and both times they have exceeded my expectations of writing on an iPad.

I’ll admit it wasn’t easy putting it on the iPad screen, even after having followed the steps thoroughly. But that’s just my own impatience. The product itself is a miracle. It’s just like paper. The sound of the pencil going over the screen is so satisfying! Thank you so much!

It was quite hard to apply, i failed twice even after watching the video and had to buy another pair. Thats probably on me though.
After using it for a while i am pretty happy with the writing experience compared to the glass screen. I also enjoy the matt look the protector gives the screen. Although it scratches up pretty easily and i see the need to switch to the second protector in the pack. Happy that you sent two in one.
