Happy with Paperlike

Initially some reservations after reading other reviews. I am a simple note-taker, no drawings.
In use now for more than a month and this is very comfortable writing with the Apple Pencil. Minor reduction of brightness is more a benefit than a disadvantage. To anyone in doubt, Paperlike is very comfortable and once applied you don’t want without it.

I use my iPad for notetaking and drawing. Paperlike gives that matte feeling, better grip and makes the screen a much nicer surface for the Apple Pencil. As long as I’m using GoodNotes and ProCreate, my iPad will have a Paperlike screen protector. Application was easy as they provide you with several tools, instructions and a video. I got zero bubbles!
However, notice that the screen protector will affect the quality of the screen, as in when watching Netflix or YouTube, the picture is more rough and texture-y, and you have to watch from a straight angle for the best view. Additionally, it is rather pricey compared to other screen protectors, so that would be my only complaint.

I purchased my first iPad and I wanted all the perfect accessories. I saw reviews on this everywhere and with a lot of reviews you become skeptical. But! This screen protector is 100% of what it says it is and what it can do! I use my iPad for notetaking and it's really just like paper! Watching shows looks fine too. It's not as bright as without the protector, but still really good.

Freed from the plastic-on-glass that's drawing on bare glass, this thing is a game changer. I'm not one to follow online rants about products, but, in seeking to draw with a degree of 'traditional' feel...I watched videos, read articles and ordered, fingers crossed. Now I don't even know why I was skeptical. It's very PAPER-LIKE. The price was rather unkind, being from South Africa...exchange rate, and other glitches...but...it's worth the trouble.
