extremely low quality control

I ordered the product and when it arrived, the display box was inside of another cardbox box. Both boxes showed no damage at all. All seals on the box were intact, so it was brand new. When I opened it and started taking out the parts to assemble, unwrapping the cling wrap, I started to notice pieces had scuffs, damaged corners, etc. This had to all be done at the factory when wrapping the items. Everything inside the display box were tight and things couldn't have moved to cause this type of damage. It has always been stated that the arcade1up quality control is terrible, and it was improving. After receiving this package, I hope my Dragon's Lair pre-order has better quality control than the Out Run had..

I went back 36 years ago when I played the same game but better sound now.
It is smaller than I thought/remember. However, I also grown up. it is not a matter. :-)
