Dead Batteries, no replacements

DO NOT buy this battery or system that requires these batteries. My batteries died after 2 years and they are unable and unwiling to replace them. They can't do anything if they don't ever have any stock. You can see their new models use different batteries which is likely a the main reason why they don't ever have these in stock. They've made my snowblower obsolete and unusable after 2 years of ownership. Last Sunjoe product I will ever buy.

This battery is a terd!

Used my snowblower with this battery maybe 6 times, and it is now dead- it shows a full charge but now a red flashing light appears on the display and it won't power up my snowblower. Snowjoe has extended the warranty until Dec. 31, 2023, however the battery never appears to be "in stock". This company needs to do the right thing and stand behind their product and remedy this issue - sooner rather than later.

Battery had no lifespan and did not honor warranty

This has been the worst experience. This battery died within 4 months of owning. When asked for a warranty, was told it was out of stock and no one notified we were on a waitlist. 12 phone calls later and we still do not have a battery. It has been the worst experience and I would never recommend this company again. We have spent a total of 7 hours on the phone with no working lawnmower.

iON100v-5Amp battery went dead.

One of the 2 batteries for my snowblower went bad and will not charge anymore. The charger says it is NG.
I asked for a new one as it is under warranty. They say it is out of stock. I hope it
comes in but I am doubtful it will ever be back in stock. It looks like this is a chronic problem with
battery powered tools. You are at the mercy of the battery being discontinued.

snowjoe 100volt

Bought the snowjoe 100 volt , I'm very impressed with the power , I moved 18" of heavy wet snow. Battery stayed charged long enough to do my driveway and sidewalk great. The only issue I have is the handle I made sure to turn the knobs on the side to set the height of the handle I need to use the machine. The handle keeps moving up or down . A better handle would be nice with a better way to keep the handle in place. Using the snowjoe 100volt takes me less than half the time to my driveway and sidewalk compared to my snowblower.
