I've been building PCs since 1992. I've only purchased 1 other pre-built PC (an Alienware R7 in 2017) in all those decades. I was apprehensive about Skytech primarily because they don't list full specs (or components) for their pre-builts. The good news is that I am overall happy with what was delivered. I received an MSI B650-P mobo, a Zotac 4070 Amp Airo GPU, Oloy RAM, an MSI Spatium NVMe drive. The Chronos case seems decent with my only complaint being it lacks empty bays for additional SSDs. That said, I was easily able to add 2 SSDs to my rig without issue. The Windows 11 Home install was fine and there was no bloatware at all. Here are my complaints: I had an issue with some of my fans running full-speed that I couldn't fix without digging into (the horrible MSI) BIOS. I do wish that had been set up correctly before shipping. I've got some gripes about the MSI mobo--it literally takes at least 2:30 to boot (it sometimes can take 5 minutes). After much research, this seems to be an MSI issue and not Skytech. I don't like it, but I can live with it. I grabbed my Chronos II with a Black Friday discount and I absolutely couldn't have built this rig myself for the price I paid (I checked PC Parts Picker a number of times).
I ordered directly from Skytech and not a retailer and the experience was good. I got a bit nervous when it wasn't immediately shipped but they did ship it within the promised time, it was packed EXTREMELY well, and arrived in seemingly perfect condition. If I decide to buy a pre-built again I'll definitely look at Skytech. They put together a solid build and sold it at a fair price and their systems allow for future upgrades (unlike my Alienware).

My experience was great till I received it and the graphics card was damaged . I called tech support they were great after the third call we got to the bottom of it. The tech guys were really helpful and nice to talk with seemed to really know their stuff . I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

My only complaint: m.2 SSD screws packaged with the motherboard don't fit. Otherwise, works great, as expected/advertised.

Don't by this unless you have ethernet i have been having horrible luck trying to get this thing to connect to wifi. I have tried everything to get it to keep a stable connection but it wont. Seriously how can i spend over a grand for a computer just for it to have the worst internet driver imaginable

Bought this gaming computer for my son for Xmas. Went to play it and the operating system was not working. It’s now weeks later and we finally received the shipping label to send it back to be repaired. I feel we should receive a new computer. I will not buy from them again.
