I'm impressed. It handles Chicago Snow!

I bought the Snow Joe 24V-X2-SB21 at the end of Winter last year. Never got to use it. This year the snow has come and the Snow Joe is out there handling it like a pro. I had my doubts. The fresher the snow the better it works. It's not an ice cutter, but it gets it out the way. It's also lite. I can pick it up and move it to the deck and go to work. No gas or oil to spill. I can pick up snow before I go to work without smelling like I've been working in an auto shop. I'm able to store it in the basement during the warm months and save space in the garage.

Lightweight snowblower to clear deck

Bought this unit to clear my deck and rec'd it Dec 15 2020 . The Dec 17 storm killed it but I rec'd a warranty replacement unit about 10 days later. Light weight and lifting points a plus factor for clearing my raised deck, snow throw distance poor.

No Go over 6 inches

This blower works great for any snow 6 inches or lower. Over 6 inches and it bogs down and eventually stops as the batteries die.

Worthless!

I just received this as a replacement for a previous model that wouldn't start. It was simple to assemble and the batteries charged quickly. We only received 2-3 inches of snow, but I was anxious to try it! I've never been so disappointed! It only throws the snow about 4-6 ft. at best and some lands right next to it. I've never seen a snowblower do such a lousy job of throwing snow. I can throw it farther and I'm in my 70s and have a bad back and leg! It also clogged halfway through this small job!

Good product except...

Very easy to use and cuts through snow extremely well. The drawback for me, is the pushbutton control of the 180 degree chute operation.The snow causes the chute to hangup and not rotate properlly. It would have been better to have a manuallly contolled chute rotation apperatus.

Needs Heavier Duty Axle

Snowblower is adequate, but needs definitely a stronger/heavier duty axle since snowblower does not pull thru the snow like gas snowblowers do. Axle is very cheap. Otherwise I do like the machine, just worried how long axle will last.

My SUNJOE corded garden electric cultivator is ten years old, and it is still going strong, so the SNOWJOE CORLESS SNOW BLOWER was an easy choice. On early Saturday and Sunday mornings, quiet cordless electric garden tools don’t disturb my neighbors. I’ve had the SNOWJOE CORDLESS SNOW BLOWER for a couple of weeks now, but no snow. But we all know winter is coming and it will be useful to keep our walkways and driveway clear and safe. It arrived securely packaged in a heavy duty carboard container with all the necessary parts either boxed or plastic wrapped. The operator’s manual and diagrams are in both English and Spanish. After reading the manual, following the assembly directions, and connecting the parts, I probably had close to an hour invested in the project. At 79 years old, with a bad back and arthritic joints, I thought that was pretty good. To me, the box it was in was heavy, so I didn’t try to lift it. I opened the top, saw that it was all safely away from the corners, and I cut it them with a box cutter. The sides fell away from the contents, and I assembled it on the floor. The hand tightening knobs went together without any tools. It only took a couple of hours for is the batteries to charge in the SNOWJOE charger and everything works great! The discharge shoot can be safely rotated 180 degrees electronically and the discharge angle can be safely adjusted manually. The warranty registration online was easy, and this is going to be a big improvement over the snow shovel we wore out last year.
