Worthless crap!

Crap, pure crap! Used to clean steps off twice. Recharged battery once, then it would not work again. Thought it was the charger, so just purchased another charger. Still doesn't work. Turns out the battery is crap. Now, it is going to cost me to get rid of battery. Not wasting any more money on Snow Joe products.

Nice Battery With a Short Life Span

Great product for the 4 months of use. Purchased along with the charger to use with the 24-Volt Cordless Lawn Care System I own. After about 20 to 30 hours of use, it no longer charges up. The original battery charges up like a charm. It does provide great power when working.

Good run time

Very pleased with the run time of this battery and our shovel. We'd like to purchase an extra battery. We purchased the shovel two years ago. Will the charger we have from the original battery charge the new one. Some say they are different sized pins.
