Just used this for the first time. At first I was disappointed in the pressure, but then I turned it ON! I'm very impressed with it. Frankly it is easier to use and more powerful than the gas powered pressure washer I had at our former house. This one is perfect for our needs to clean siding and decks.
Pros: Easy To Use, Compact, Lightweight, Powerful

I purchased a Snow Joe 1450 psi pressure washer and the hardware pack was missing. I called customer service and Jeff was so helpful and accommodating and I'll have the hardware within 24 to 48 hours.

Just saying to start off I am a 77 year old female and purchased this little guy so I didn't have to pay a power wash company. I assembled it myself, and I only had one little glitch,which was quickly dismissed by the walk through of a great guy named Romain,( hope I spelled it right.) He was AWESOME with me !! Just want to say Thank you to him, and the chat guy Jerome. Great company to work with especially for "little ole' ladies"

Lightweight and easy to move around. I liked that I could quickly change the nozzle spray from tight to wide angle. Did a little each day and cleaned the cedar deck along with the whole cedar house siding on medium spray power. Took off lots of mold and dirt on Trek decking. Removed most of the flaking house stain. Had more power than I thought and did a great job. A few places I had to do two or three times until the mold came off but it finally came clean. I did not use any soap only the water and it still did a good job. Well worth the money and house is now ready to re-stain.

Product leaked from where the hose goes. I went online to see if I could find the remedy. In the FAQ they suggested buying the adaptor SPX-BSC. I did buy it and still leaked. I purchased this because several years ago I purchased the Sun Joe electric mower which is a great product and I use regularly.

Stopped working just as warranty expired

I loved my Sun Joe - simple, easy to use and it got the job done. Make sidewalks, vinyl siding & fences look like new. Sad part is that 2 years almost to the day - it just stopped working - tested on multiple outlets and it no longer turns on. Only used it about 6 times in 2 years. Took care of it and stored it in my basement. My next power washer will not be a Sun Joe.

I wanted a small power washer that is easy to store to use on large stamped concrete decking areas. This washer has done an admirable job. It cleaned all the decking, I used it on the high windows that are hard to reach, and to wash some dirty exterior walls. I wouldn't trade it for another!

This pressure washer is really very impressive. I am rehabbing a fixer-upper, and the exterior cleaning tasks are endless! This unit has done a great job on mildewed vinyl siding, wood decks, gutters, and patios. It is lightweight, easy to use, and has all the power I need to tackle a variety of household jobs. I am a first-time power-washer user, and I am so delighted and impressed.
