[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had any issues and pretty happy! I got this to run VirtualBox and no laggy issues or anything. Before purchasing, I read people complaining about the fan being loud...like unbearably loud. No idea what they're talking about. I think the fan makes minimal noise. If I could give this an extra half star I would...4.5 stars. My only issue is the display. Maybe I should have upgraded the video card. It seems fine except when I'm on Zoom; my picture isn't as clear to me as I would like but maybe that's an issue with the camera?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I enjoy that it boots up fast. Wish it came with Windows 11 but I'm stuck with a notice to check back for an upgrade. Purchased this device brand new in Feb 2022. Really would have preferred to have the latest Windows preinstalled. Aside from that, it generally does have loud fans unless a lot of systems are running.

Great machine with amazing built quality. However, the unit I received has issues on the Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C ports, they couldn't support HDMI output as stated in the spec. I spent about a week trying to figure out the root cause, including driver updates from both Lenovo, Intel, and Microsoft. But no ones know why..... had to return the product although it has huge potential.
