[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent machine of high build quality. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of the machine. This is the first PC that I have owned after many years of owning Mac computers. The P17 Thinkpad offers a high performance option for developers that out classes the Macbook Pro in performance and upgradability. I'm loving the super soft keyboard, excellent screen, 128GB of ECC RAM, and performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is the best laptop I’ve ever purchased. There is nothing I can even think of that I don’t like! Added this to my 2 Lenovo monitors and now I have an amazing workspace!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thinkpad keyboard really does live up to the hype. This has lots of power (depending on your hardware options) in a subtle, professional looking package. The screen is especially thick and rigid compared to most laptops that I have used previously. Also, the 17 series comes with a built-in keypad which is a necessity. Lenovo frequently provides updates as of march 2021

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's nothing subtle about this machine. It's huge, which is understandable for a workstation-class 17" laptop. It's also exactly what I want. It's got the wonderful ThinkPad build quality, not to mention performance specs (i9 octocore, Quadro RTX 3000, 4k bright screen) that would make many desktops jealous. Even better, it backs up those specs with actual performance.
If you're looking for something big and bad, this is it. Just be aware that it's a good amount larger and heavier than a 15" laptop. For me, it's exactly that I need.
