The only disappointment is the video camera. It is not as sharp as I thought it would be for a newer computer. My old (6 years old) HP has a much sharper video.

Also, the design of the computer is great...but the black casing shows every bit of finger smudge. Customer service was great. Overall, I'd recommend this model.
