Chonky Bois...but worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these as a replacement for my 5.5 stock speakers in my Jeep tj. Naturally, I had to make the speaker hole slightly larger..but other than that, install was a breeze. Right out of the gate I was blown away by the heft of these seakers. (they chonky bois). Which is a really good thing, they're exceptionally well built and sealed units. I have no doubt they are above and beyond marine grade. Aside from that, the 6.5's put out some serious sound. Mids and Highs both sound phenomenal with these. Theyre certainly not bass speakers but they have a nice balanced sound with low through high. A+++ I certainly recommend!!!!
