A must have for the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the TrueFreedom PRO for several weeks. Before I get to the details, I was impressed by the charger. However, I have to state upfront it does not compare to plug-in charger greater than 10W.
The details of my experience. I had the chance to try it on an iPhone Xs, 11 and 12 Pro. All models connected to the charge without fumbling around for a good charging position except the 12 Pro. I am not sure if the MagSafe interferes or not. The 12 Pro did charged respectively well, but did take a bit of fussing to position.
I also tested AirPods (Gen 2) and Pro. Both charged easy without fussing with positioning on the charging surface.
As for time to charge, as stated above, if you compare to a wall plug greater then 10W, its no contest. However, to place it done as you walk into the house or office to give your device a charge it excels. And the time to fully charge is good.
Personally, it is a great addition to a home and office. It has a sleek design and the power cord is unobtrusive. The streamline appeal works on the desk or countertop and eliminates the mess of cords all over the place. Also, you don’t have to worry about forgetting cords or charging blocks.
For this user, the TreeFreedomPRo is a good charging option with an outstanding design for any decor. You can’t go wrong!!

A lifesaver for those with multiple devices

Not compatible with iPhone 12 series

I was initially excited for this product and ordered it as soon as it was released. I set it up and discovered it is NOT compatible with the iPhone 12 series. I went on the website and now a fine print warning is added saying it is “not compatible with the iPhone 12 series”. Sending it back. Kind of an embarrassment that this is released after the iPhone 12 yet it isn’t compatible with it. Oh- and by the way, it is also very thick and unwieldy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not sure if I got a defective one or not but the charger kept flashing a white light and charging would be interrupted constantly. So I ended up returning it.
It appears this might not be compatible with iPhone 12 series.
Otherwise, this is a quality built product though they should get rid of the LEDs in the front (they are super bright, dumb design, should either be removed or dimmable) also, they should have went with a USB C connection for power instead of the cheap and larger charging brick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great to charge products from multiple brands

This works great with most of my electronic devices and looks great on my work desk! Charges my iPhone 12, Galaxy s9, AirPods Pro 2, and Sony WF-1000XM4. The charging speed is as expected for wireless charging.
The LED charging lights are not too bright so can work well for a side table next to a bed.
While the slim profile makes it good to travel with. The A|C charging cable does not use a USB-C input requiring you to bring another charging cable with you.
I also could not get it to charge my Galaxy Watch.
Great product - I would buy a second when needed
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works fine, but not ideal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this in return for a review - so while I wasn't desperately in need of a wireless charger I was excited to try this out.
The basics: it looks good, and functions well, but when you have a thicker case or a pop socket on your phone this wont work at all. Charging speed is sluggish, and it wont charge an apple watch at all.
Not deal breakers certainly, and given that its wireless, the convenience is worth the slower speed of charge as long as you use a thin cover and no pop socket.
