Best filter out there

Have been using these filters for over a year. Am very happy. Filter way more than other filters on the market. Tap water tastes totally different when using these filters. Last filter lasted quite awhile. Customer service is excellent too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical of this product and their claims. I previously had used another filtration system, but the replacement filters were very costly and there wasn’t a way to know when they needed to be replaced. When I received my ZeroWater dispenser, I got it setup right away and tested the water compared to my other filter system and tap water. Sure enough, the ZeroWater didn’t detect any TDS and I can absolutely taste a difference. I did a blind taste test with my husband between the three and he also knew that ZeroWater water was the “new” water. We’re sold.
The 40 cup glass dispenser is really nice. The spigot does seem a little delicate, but we don’t turn it hard and haven’t had any issues.
Overall, highly recommend.

I’m just disappointed in the short-lived filters and the amount of waste that accompanies them. The website should be very clear about the amount of water someone should expect to get through each filter - I live somewhere where the tap water has over 400 ppm TDS, and each filter has barely lasted me 2 weeks. Additionally, the design of the top portion and its lid aren’t very helpful, and can make it hard to open for refills as well as to pour.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. We empathize with your situation and we have spoken with many customers with this issue. Some of our customers have used other, traditional filtration systems to treat the water prior to filtering through a Zero Water filter, in many cases that will cut the TDS level down enough to make the use of Zero Water more economical.
There is very little we can do to extend the life of our filters when the water supply is so high in TDS. Our filters are designed to remove over 99% of dissolved solids; in areas with high TDS readings filter life will be short.

I like the system because of the amount of impurities taken out, but the cost for the cartridges is a lot.

Great replacement filters for my college son's water pitcher. He and his roommates love this system and drink lots of water. They notice when the filter needs changing because the tase of the water changes - I think it tastes like their apartment tap water with that chlorine flavor. So this system has been great for them and they love it.

We have been using Zerowater filters exclusively for many years. For our current household of four adults and five pets we use tap water filtered through a floor-standing water cooler/heater, plus counter-top dispenser, and pitcher. Never had a problem with the filters or a complaint about the taste. Never had an illness or problem from the filtered water. Have used the filters in two different states, NY and FL, where there were sometimes public warnings about tap water. We expect to continue using Zerowater filters for as long as we continue drinking water.
